Apple Fitness+ is preparing a sweeping expansion, unfurling its digital reach across 28 additional territories on December 15, its most expansive global push since the platform first emerged. This rollout arrives hand-in-hand with an intricate voice-dubbing system and the infusion of a new K-Pop workout soundtrack category.
Beginning December 15, Apple Fitness+ will debut in Chile, Hong Kong, India, the Netherlands, Singapore, Taiwan, and a constellation of other locales. Japan, meanwhile, is slated to join the ensemble early next year. With this maneuver, Apple propels Fitness+ into 49 nations, broadening its wellness footprint like a rising tide reaching distant shores.
At launch, hundreds of workout sessions will feature digitally forged dubbing in Spanish and German, crafted with meticulous attention to the cadence and tonal signatures of each of the platform’s 28 trainers. Japanese dubbing will synchronize with the service’s entrance into Japan. Additional dubbed sessions will cascade onto the platform weekly, ensuring each region receives a consistent stream of localized content.
This sophisticated dubbing framework does more than mimic voices—it re-creates the trainers’ vocal essence through modeled digital articulation. Users may seamlessly toggle between audio tracks mid-session or enshrine a preferred language within the Fitness app, which will instinctively default to the dubbed rendition where accessible. Since its inception in 2020, Fitness+ has leaned exclusively on subtitles for international audiences, making this evolution a notable departure from its prior strategy.

Parallel to these upgrades, a fresh K-Pop music category is joining the service’s rhythmic repertoire, extending its vibrant energy across multiple workout formats. This new classification now stands shoulder-to-shoulder with familiar genre pillars like Upbeat Anthems, Latest Hits, Hip-Hop/R&B, and Latin Grooves. Apple additionally spotlighted the newest Time to Walk installment, featuring Japanese Formula 1 driver Yuki Tsunoda, now available for listeners craving motivational storytelling.
Fitness+ currently operates across a diverse collection of regions, including Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, France, Germany, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Switzerland, the UAE, the UK, and the United States. With the forthcoming expansion, markets such as Norway, Poland, the Philippines, Sweden, Vietnam, and numerous others will gain access on December 15, ushering the service into a broader global stage than ever before.
